English is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world, but according to the latest data from the Pew Research Center, it’s not the only one.
In the past decade, more than 40 percent of people living in the United States have spoken English at home.
The U.K., France, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand are the only countries in the developed world where more than 80 percent of the population has spoken the language.
